The Hoveton patronal statue of St Helen (with Constantine as a boy) was designed by Nick Walmsley for the Silver Jubilee of the church in 1984 and carved by the late Anton Wagner, who trained in Oberammergau. A new plinth was later made by Alfred Larkins in memory of Romano Pagani, a popular Italian parishioner; it incorporates a Second Class Relic of St Helen.
